Use the date and time picker to enter when you started and broke your fast. Make sure to select the correct date and time, including AM or PM. For example, if you started fasting on Sunday April 12th at 7:00 PM, select 04/12/2026 07:00 PM. When you break your fast, enter that date and time in the "Fast Break" column. Your Total Time Fasted is calculated automatically once both times are entered. Click Save to store your times — you can update them at any point during the challenge.
